The State Tax Service (STS) has taken a significant step toward modernizing tax administration in Azerbaijan with the official launch of the Prefilling System for Simplified Tax Declarations, effective October 1, 2025.

The Prefilling System automatically generates your tax declaration using information already available in the STS database. Taxpayers simply review the prefilled data and confirm it directly through their electronic taxpayer accounts.
