Oct, 2025
A new service has been launched on the “MyGov” platform to make processes more convenient for citizens. The “Employment Contract Signing” service is now available on the platform. This integration was implemented through the joint cooperation of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
This new integration, developed in collaboration with the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, is designed to enhance administrative efficiency for both employers and employees

Key Benefit for Your Organization and Staff

This service now allows employees to execute employment contracts, for both new hires and amendments to existing agreements by using securely and entirely online the SİMA e-signature. This advancement offers:

  • Reduced Administrative Burden: Eliminates the necessity for managing physical presence and paper documentation for contract signing.
  • Accelerated Onboarding: Contracts can be executed immediately upon issuance.
  • Real-Time Notifications: Employees receive instant alerts via MyGov when a new contract requires their attention.

Procedure for Utilizing the Service

The process for signing a contract is straightforward and efficient:

  1. Access: Log into the MyGov platform and navigate to the Employment category to select the “Employment Contract Signing” option.
  2. Review: Any pending contracts requiring action will be displayed.
  3. Execution: Review the contract details thoroughly and finalize the agreement by selecting “Sign,” which utilizes the SİMA e-signature for confirmation

It should be noted that the main goal of the “MyGov” platform is to provide citizens with essential public services through a single, accessible digital hub.
