On May 21, 2025, a decision was made to revise the 4-MKT official statistical report form related to Social benefits, compensations, and pensions.
The revision concerns Part I of the form, specifically Table A, which is titled “Monthly Social Benefits and Compensations.”
The aim of this revision is to collect statistical data in a more detailed and accurate way.
The revised rows in the table are listed below:

Disability caused by general illness, military service, work injury, occupational disease, being in a war zone, participation in eliminating the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, or a terrorist act (includes rows 12–14)

Disability resulting from protecting the territorial integrity, independence, or constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan, or related to the events of January 20, 1990 (includes rows 16–18)

These revisions make it easier to classify disability cases clearly. The quality of the statistical reports will improve, which allows more reliable and realistic analysis in the social field.
The Social Statistics Department is responsible for carrying out this task, while general supervision is provided by the unit responsible for coordinating statistical work and strategic planning.
